[Read Mark 7-9]

Mark 8:29  Then he asked them, “But who do you say I am?” Peter replied, “You are the Messiah.”

Father God,
You are an amazing God.  I thank You for choosing me and making me a joint-heir with Christ.  Christ is my life.  I want Him to do all that is necessary in me for His life to be clearly reflected in me. I submit to His lordship in my life, my family, my work, and my church.  I praise Him for His preeminence.  The Alpha and Omega has begun a good work in me and is able to finish it.  Christ Jesus, You are far greater than my mind can comprehend.  Holy Spirit, please continue to enlarge my knowledge and understanding of Christ so that I may apply scriptural principles to my life.  Exalt Christ in my life and enable me to life Him up in the eyes of others as I declare His greatness to those around me. Amen.
